Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer this executive leadership role is responsible for the development and implementation of Emera Maine’s Human Resources strategic vision and plan for all employee related matters, including attraction and retention, benefits, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, employee & leadership development and training, wellness, employee engagement and work-life programs. This position provides ongoing leadership in developing the culture and initiatives that reinforce Emera’s Our Story and Code of Conduct.
