Release Date: 06-01-2015As part of the transition to a more modern customer information system, the Bangor Hydro District Customer Service Center will be providing limited services Friday, June 5 and Monday, June 8. What does this mean for customers? Phones. Representatives will be available for taking calls for outages, emergency situations, and for payments from disconnected customers. All other inquires will be accepted when we return to regular business. Payments. Payments will continue to be accepted at authorized payment agencies, through the automated phone system, or online. For customers with due dates on June 5 and 8, payments will be processed once regular business resumes without penalty. Connects and disconnects. Service connections and disconnections will resume once we return to regular business. Exceptions will be made for disconnected customers that make a payment during this period. These necessary updates to our customer information system will help us better serve our customers for years to come.
